FESTIVAL PARKING:
Parking will be across the street on 544 at the Palmetto Shores Church parking lot or down at the Boat landing on Peachtree. We should have someone helping with traffic crossing 544 during festival hours. The boat landing is a short walk to the Sarvis House.
HANDICAPPED PARKING:
Handicapped parking will be across from the Sarvis House on Peachtree in the Cooper House Parking area. You must have a Handicap plate or placard to park here. If you do not have one of these and park there, you will run the risk of your car being towed.
Parking on Peachtree is not advised as it is a very busy street now with the housing developments down that road. Please use caution of vehicles when crossing or getting into your vehicle.
We want everyone to have a fun & safe time at the Fall Festival. Festival starts at 10:00 a.m. and ends at 3:00. We look forward to seeing you all there.

Do you love to sing? Think you’ve got what it takes?
Then make your way to the Socastee Heritage Fall Festival for our FIRST EVER Karaoke Contest!
We’ll have three groups taking the stage:
Kids (12 & Under) – 11:30 AM
Young Adults (17 & Under) – 12:00 PM
Adults (18 & Up) – 1:00 PM
Sign-ups start at 10:00 AM at the judges’ table — so get there early to secure your spot!
Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each division!
It’s going to be a fun-filled day packed with music, laughter, and community spirit — you don’t want to miss it!
Petting Zoo & Kids Zone
Bring the kids and head over to our Kids Zone for some family fun with Five Star Farms!
They’ll be bringing an adorable petting zoo where you can snuggle and meet the cutest little farm animals up close!
Plus, the Kids Zone will also feature inflatables and plenty of fun activities for all ages.

Dawn Hawkins and her husband make up the talented duo behind The Amazing Art of Kingston — a husband-and-wife team with over 50 years of artistic experience!
They travel to farmers markets and community events, creating incredible custom art pieces including pet portraits, caricatures, children, families, and memorial drawings of loved ones — all from photos or drawn on-site!
Each piece is made completely by hand using pen, ink, and colored pencils on 8.5x11 paper — no computers, no murals, just genuine, handcrafted art and heart.
Stop by the Kids Zone at the Socastee Heritage Foundation Fall Festival and get your very own one-of-a-kind caricature or portrait done on the spot!
